1¡Cuán bienaventurado es aquel cuya trasgresión ha sido quitada, Y cubierto su pecado!2¡Cuán bienaventurado es el hombre a quien YHVH no le imputa iniquidad, Y en cuyo espíritu no hay engaño!3Mientras callé, se consumieron mis huesos, En mi gemir todo el día.4Porque de día y de noche tu mano se agravaba sobre mí, Hasta que mi vigor se convirtió en sequedades de verano. Selah5Mi pecado te hice saber y no encubrí mi iniquidad. Dije: Confesaré mis transgresiones a YHVH, Y Tú mismo cargaste con la maldad de mi pecado. Selah6Por esto orará a ti todo santo en el tiempo en que puedas ser hallado. Ciertamente en la inundación de muchas aguas, Éstas no llegarán a él.7Tú eres mi refugio, me guardarás de la angustia, Me rodearás con cánticos de liberación.
