1 Til korlederen: Brug strengeinstrumenterne. En lovsang. 2 Velsign os og vær os nådig, Gud. Grib ind og udfør dine undere. 3 Alle jordens folk vil kunne se, hvem du er, når de oplever din magt til at frelse. 4 Alle folkeslag på jorden skal prise dig, Gud, alle verdens nationer skal give dig ære. 5 Alle folkeslagene skal fryde sig over dig, de vil lovprise dig med glædessange, for alle dine handlinger er retfærdige, og du regerer over alle nationer. 6 Alle folkeslag på jorden skal prise dig, Gud, alle verdens nationer skal give dig ære. 7 Du har velsignet os, Gud, og givet os en god høst. 8 Når Gud velsigner os mennesker så rigt, bør alle folkeslag på jorden give ham ære.

1 To the choirmaster: with stringed instruments. A Psalm. A Song. May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face to shine upon us, (4.Mos 6,25; Salm 4,1; Salm 4,6) 2 that your way may be known on earth, your saving power among all nations. (Salm 98,3; Luk 2,30; Ap G 18,25; Titus 2,11) 3 Let the peoples praise you, O God; let all the peoples praise you! (Salm 22,27) 4 Let the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you judge the peoples with equity and guide the nations upon earth. (Salm 58,11) 5 Let the peoples praise you, O God; let all the peoples praise you! (Salm 67,3) 6 The earth has yielded its increase; God, our God, shall bless us. (3.Mos 26,4; Salm 85,12; Ez 34,27; Hos 2,22) 7 God shall bless us; let all the ends of the earth fear him! (Salm 22,27)
