Майка му каза: благословен да бъде син ми пред Господа! (Рут 3:10; 1 Цар 15:13)3И той върна на майка си хилядата и сто сикли сребро. И майка му рече: това сребро посветих от себе си Господу за (тебе,) моя син, за да направиш от него истукан и излян кумир; и тъй, давам ти го.4Но той върна среброто майци си. Майка му взе двеста сикли сребро и ги даде на леяра. Той направи от тях истукан и излян кумир, който и стоеше в дома на Миха. (Съд 18:17; Ис 40:19; Прем 15:9)5И тъй, Миха имаше дом Божий. И направи той ефод и терафим и посвети едного от синовете си, за да му бъде свещеник.6В ония дни Израил нямаше цар, всеки правеше, каквото смяташе за право. (Съд 18:1; Съд 19:1; Съд 21:25)7Тогава живееше там един момък, левит, из Витлеем Иудейски, от Иудино коляно;8тоя човек излезе от град Витлеем Иудейски, за да проживее, дето намери, и, като вървеше по пътя, дойде в Ефремова планина, в дома на Миха.9И Миха го попита: отде идеш? Той му отговори: аз съм левит от Витлеем Иудейски и отивам да проживея, дето намеря.10А Миха му каза: остани у мене и бъди ми отец и свещеник; ще ти давам годишно по десет сикли сребро, потребното облекло и прехрана. (Съд 18:4)11Левитът отиде и се съгласи да остане у оня човек, и тоя момък му беше като син.12Миха посвети левита, и тоя момък му беше свещеник и живя в дома на Миха.13И Миха си рече: сега зная, че Господ ще ми прави добро, защото имам левит за свещеник.
1There was a man of the hill country of Ephraim, whose name was Micah. (И Н 24:33; Съд 17:8; Съд 18:2)2And he said to his mother, “The 1,100 pieces of silver that were taken from you, about which you uttered a curse, and also spoke it in my ears, behold, the silver is with me; I took it.” And his mother said, “Blessed be my son by the Lord.” (Рут 3:10; 1 Цар 15:13)3And he restored the 1,100 pieces of silver to his mother. And his mother said, “I dedicate the silver to the Lord from my hand for my son, to make a carved image and a metal image. Now therefore I will restore it to you.” (Изх 20:4; Лев 19:4)4So when he restored the money to his mother, his mother took 200 pieces of silver and gave it to the silversmith, who made it into a carved image and a metal image. And it was in the house of Micah. (Ис 46:6)5And the man Micah had a shrine, and he made an ephod and household gods, and ordained[1] one of his sons, who became his priest. (Съд 19:1; Рут 1:1; Мих 5:2; Мт 2:1; Мт 2:5)8And the man departed from the town of Bethlehem in Judah to sojourn where he could find a place. And as he journeyed, he came to the hill country of Ephraim to the house of Micah. (И Н 24:33)9And Micah said to him, “Where do you come from?” And he said to him, “I am a Levite of Bethlehem in Judah, and I am going to sojourn where I may find a place.”10And Micah said to him, “Stay with me, and be to me a father and a priest, and I will give you ten pieces of silver a year and a suit of clothes and your living.” And the Levite went in. (Изх 2:21)12And Micah ordained the Levite, and the young man became his priest, and was in the house of Micah. (Съд 17:5; Съд 18:30)13Then Micah said, “Now I know that the Lord will prosper me, because I have a Levite as priest.”
