1 Slovo Hospodinovo, kteréž se stalo k Ozeášovi synu Bérovu za dnů Uziáše, Jotama, Achasa, Ezechiáše, králů Judských, a za dnů Jeroboáma syna Joasova, krále Izraelského. 2 Když Hospodin začal mluviti k Ozeášovi, řekl Hospodin Ozeášovi: Jdi, pojmi sobě ženu smilnou, a děti z smilstva; nebo nestydatě smilněci tato země, odvrátila se od Hospodina. 3 A tak šel a pojal Gomeru, dceru Diblaimskou, kterážto počala a porodila jemu syna. 4 Tedy řekl jemu Hospodin: Nazoviž jméno jeho Jezreel; nebo po malém času já vyhledávati budu krve Jezreel na domu Jéhu, a přestati káži království domu toho. 5 I stane se v ten den, že polámi lučiště Izraelovo v údolí Jezreel. 6 Opět počala znovu a porodila dceru. I řekl jemu: Nazov jméno její Lorucháma; nebo již více neslituji se nad domem Izraelským, abych jim co prominouti měl. 7 Ale nad domem Judským se slituji, a vysvobodím je skrze Hospodina Boha jejich; nebo nevysvobodím jich lučištěm a mečem, ani bojem, koňmi neb jezdci. 8 Potom ostavivši Loruchámu, opět počala a porodila syna. 9 I řekl: Nazov jméno jeho Loammi; nebo vy nejste lid můj, a já také nebudu váš. 10 A však bude počet synů Izraelských jako písku mořského, kterýž ani změřen, ani sečten býti nemůže. A stane se, že místo toho, kdež řečeno jim bylo: Nejste vy lid můj, řečeno jim bude: Synové Boha silného a živého jste. 11 I budou shromážděni synové Judští a synové Izraelští spolu, a ustanovíce nad sebou hlavu jednu, vyjdou z této země, ačkoli veliký bude den Jezreel.

Zachráním je skrze sebe, Hospodina, jejich Boha; nezachráním je lukem, mečem a válkou, koni a jezdci.“ 8 Když odstavila Lóruchámu, otěhotněla a porodila syna. 9 I řekl: “Pojmenuj ho Lóami (to je Nejste-lid-můj), neboť vy nejste můj lid a já nejsem váš Bůh.“

2 Zde začíná Hospodinova řeč skrze Ozeáše. Hospodin Ozeášovi řekl: „Jdi, vezmi si ženu oddanou smilstvu a budeš s ní mít děti ze smilstva. Tato země totiž opustila Hospodina jako smilná nevěstka.“ 3 A tak šel a oženil se s Gomerou, dcerou Diblaimovou. Ta pak počala a porodila mu syna. 4 Hospodin Ozeášovi řekl: „Dej mu jméno Jizreel, Boží setba. Už brzy totiž potrestám Jehuův dům za jizreelské vraždění^[2] a skoncuji s izraelským královstvím. 5 Toho dne zlomím luk Izraele v údolí Jizreel.“ 6 Gomer pak počala znovu a porodila dceru. Hospodin Ozeášovi řekl: „Dej jí jméno Lo-ruchama, Nemilovaná. Už se totiž nad domem Izraele nesmiluji; víckrát už jim neodpustím. 7 Nad domem Judy se ale smiluji a zachráním je – nikoli ovšem skrze luk a meč, bitvu, koně či jezdce, ale skrze Hospodina, jejich Boha.“ 8 Jakmile Gomer odkojila Lo-ruchamu, znovu počala a porodila syna. 9 Hospodin řekl: „Dej mu jméno Lo-ami, Ne můj lid. Nejste totiž můj lid a já nejsem váš Bůh.“

2 So begann der HERR durch Hosea zu reden: Der HERR sagte zu Hosea: Geh, nimm dir eine unzüchtige Frau und Kinder der Unzucht! Denn das Land treibt Unzucht und hat den HERRN verlassen. (Oz 4,12; Oz 9,1) 3 Da ging er und nahm Gomer, die Tochter Diblajims; sie wurde schwanger und gebar ihm einen Sohn. 4 Der HERR sagte zu ihm: Gib ihm den Namen Jesreel!
