1Tehdy podobno bude království nebeské desíti pannám, kteréžto vzavše lampy své, vyšly proti Ženichovi.2Pět pak z nich bylo opatrných, a pět bláznivých.3Ty bláznivé vzavše lampy své, nevzaly s sebou oleje.4Opatrné pak vzaly olej v nádobkách svých s lampami svými.5A když prodléval Ženich, zdřímaly se všecky a zesnuly.6O půlnoci pak stal se křik: Aj, Ženich jde, vyjděte proti němu.7Tedy vstaly všecky panny ty, a ozdobily lampy své.8Bláznivé pak opatrným řekly: Udělte nám oleje vašeho, nebo lampy naše hasnou.9I odpověděly opatrné, řkouce: Bojíme se, že by se snad ani nám i vám nedostalo, jděte raději k prodavačům a kupte sobě.10A když odešly kupovati, přišel Ženich, a které hotovy byly, vešly s ním na svadbu, i zavříny jsou dveře.11Potom pak přišly i ty druhé panny, řkouce: Pane, pane, otevři nám.12A on odpověděv, řekl: Amen, pravím vám, neznámť vás.13Bdětež tedy; neb nevíte dne ani hodiny, v kterou Syn člověka přijde.14Neb tak se díti bude, jako když člověk jeden, jda na cestu, povolal služebníků svých a poručil jim statek svůj.15I dal jednomu pět hřiven, jinému pak dvě, a jinému jednu, každému podle možnosti jeho, i odšel hned.16Odšed pak ten, kterýž vzal pět hřiven, těžel jimi, i vydělal jiných pět hřiven.17Též i ten, kterýž vzal dvě, získal jiné dvě.18Ale ten, kterýž vzal jednu, odšed, zakopal ji v zemi, a skryl peníze pána svého.19Po mnohém pak času přišel pán služebníků těch, i činil počet s nimi.20A přistoupiv ten, kterýž byl pět hřiven vzal, podal jiných pěti hřiven, řka: Pane, pět hřiven dal jsi mi, aj, jiných pět hřiven získal jsem jimi.21I řekl mu pán jeho: To dobře, služebníče dobrý a věrný, nad málem byl jsi věrný, nad mnohem tebe ustanovím. Vejdiž v radost pána svého.22Přistoupiv pak ten, kterýž byl dvě hřivně vzal, dí: Pane, dvě hřivně jsi mi dal, aj, jiné dvě jimi získal jsem.23Řekl mu pán jeho: To dobře, služebníče dobrý a věrný, nad málem byl jsi věrný, nad mnohem tebe ustanovím. Vejdiž v radost pána svého.24Přistoupiv pak i ten, kterýž vzal jednu hřivnu, řekl: Pane, věděl jsem, že jsi ty člověk přísný, žna, kde jsi nerozsíval, a sbíraje, kde jsi nerozsypal,25I boje se, odšel jsem a skryl hřivnu tvou v zemi. Aj, teď máš, což tvého jest.26A odpovídaje pán jeho, řekl mu: Služebníče zlý a lenivý, věděl jsi, že žnu, kdež jsem nerozsíval, a sbírám, kdež jsem nerozsypal,27Protož měl jsi ty peníze mé dáti penězoměncům, a já přijda, vzal byl bych, což jest mého, s požitkem.28Nu vezmětež od něho tu hřivnu, a dejte tomu, kterýž má deset hřiven.29(Nebo každému majícímu bude dáno, a budeť hojně míti, od nemajícího pak i to, což má, budeť odjato.)30A toho neužitečného služebníka uvrztež do temností zevnitřních. Tamť bude pláč a škřipení zubů.31A když přijde Syn člověka v slávě své, a všickni svatí andělé s ním, tedy se posadí na trůnu velebnosti své,32A shromážděni budou před něj všickni národové. I rozdělí je na různo, jedny od druhých, tak jako pastýř odděluje ovce od kozlů.33A postavíť ovce zajisté na pravici své, kozly pak na levici.34Tedy dí Král těm, kteříž na pravici jeho budou: Pojďte požehnaní Otce mého, dědičně vládněte královstvím, vám připraveným od ustanovení světa.35Nebo jsem lačněl, a dali jste mi jísti; žíznil jsem, a dali jste mi píti; hostem jsem býval, a přijali jste mne;36Nah jsem byl, a přioděli jste mne; nemocen jsem byl, a navštívili jste mne; v žaláři jsem seděl, a přicházeli jste ke mně.37Tedy odpovědí jemu spravedliví, řkouce: Pane, kdy jsme tě vídali lačného, a krmili jsme tebe, žíznivého, a dávaliť jsme nápoj?38Aneb kdy jsme tě viděli hostě, a přijali jsme tebe, anebo nahého, a přioděli jsme tebe?39Aneb kdy jsme tě viděli nemocného, aneb v žaláři, a přicházeli jsme k tobě?40A odpovídaje Král, dí jim: Amen pravím vám: Cožkoli jste činili jednomu z bratří těchto mých nejmenších, mně jste učinili.41Potom dí i těm, kteříž na levici budou: Jděte ode mne zlořečení do ohně věčného, kterýž jest připraven ďáblu i andělům jeho.42Neboť jsem lačněl, a nedali jste mi jísti; žíznil jsem, a nedali jste mi píti;43Hostem jsem byl, a nepřijali jste mne; nah, a neodívali jste mne; nemocen a v žaláři jsem byl, a nenavštívili jste mne.44Tedy odpovědí jemu i oni, řkouce: Pane, kdy jsme tebe vídali lačného, neb žíznivého, aneb hostě, nebo nahého, neb nemocného, aneb v žaláři, a neposloužili jsme tobě?45Tedy odpoví jim, řka: Amen pravím vám: Čehož jste koli nečinili jednomu z nejmenších těchto, mně jste nečinili.46I půjdou tito do trápení věčného, ale spravedliví do života věčného.
1 Tehdy bude království nebeské, jako když deset družiček vzalo lampy a vyšlo naproti ženichovi.2 Pět z nich bylo pošetilých a pět rozumných.3 Pošetilé vzaly lampy, ale nevzaly si s sebou olej.4 Rozumné si vzaly s lampami i olej v nádobkách.5 Když ženich nepřicházel, na všechny přišla ospalost a usnuly.6 Uprostřed noci se rozlehl křik: ‚Ženich je tu, jděte mu naproti!‘7 Všechny družičky procitly a dávaly do pořádku své lampy.8 Tu řekly ty pošetilé rozumným: ‚Dejte nám trochu oleje, naše lampy dohasínají!‘9 Ale rozumné odpověděly: ‚Nemůžeme, nedostávalo by se nám ani vám. Jděte raději ke kupcům a kupte si!‘10 Ale zatímco šly kupovat, přišel ženich, a které byly připraveny, vešly s ním na svatbu; a dveře byly zavřeny.11 Potom přišly i ty ostatní družičky a prosily: ‚Pane, pane, otevři nám!‘12 Ale on odpověděl: ‚Amen, pravím vám, neznám vás.‘13 Bděte tedy, protože neznáte den ani hodinu.

14 Bude tomu, jako když člověk, který se chystal na cestu, zavolal své služebníky a svěřil jim svůj majetek;15 jednomu dal pět hřiven, druhému dvě, třetímu jednu, každému podle jeho schopností, a odcestoval.16 Ten, který přijal pět hřiven, ihned se s nimi dal do podnikání a vyzískal jiných pět.17 Tak i ten, který měl dvě, získal jiné dvě.18 Ten, který přijal jednu, šel, vykopal jámu a ukryl peníze svého pána.19 Po dlouhé době se pán těch služebníků vrátil a začal účtovat.20 Přistoupil ten, který přijal pět hřiven, přinesl jiných pět a řekl: ‚Pane, svěřil jsi mi pět hřiven; hle, jiných pět jsem jimi získal.‘21 Jeho pán mu odpověděl: ‚Správně, služebníku dobrý a věrný, nad málem jsi byl věrný, ustanovím tě nad mnohým; vejdi a raduj se u svého pána.‘22 Přistoupil ten se dvěma hřivnami a řekl: ‚Pane, svěřil jsi mi dvě hřivny; hle, jiné dvě jsem získal.‘23 Jeho pán mu odpověděl: ‚Správně, služebníku dobrý a věrný, nad málem jsi byl věrný, ustanovím tě nad mnohým; vejdi a raduj se u svého pána.‘24 Přistoupil i ten, který přijal jednu hřivnu, a řekl: ‚Pane, poznal jsem tě, že jsi tvrdý člověk, sklízíš, kde jsi nesel, a sbíráš, kde jsi nerozsypal.25 Bál jsem se, a proto jsem šel a ukryl tvou hřivnu v zemi. Hle, zde máš, co ti patří.‘26 Jeho pán mu odpověděl: ‚Služebníku špatný a líný, věděl jsi, že žnu, kde jsem nezasel, a sbírám, kde jsem nerozsypal.27 Měl jsi tedy dát mé peníze peněžníkům, abych přišel a to, co mi patří, si vybral s úrokem.28 Vezměte mu tu hřivnu a dejte tomu, který má deset hřiven!29 Neboť každému, kdo má, bude dáno a přidáno; kdo nemá, tomu bude odňato i to, co má.30 A toho neužitečného služebníka uvrhněte ven do temnot; tam bude pláč a skřípění zubů.‘

31 Až přijde Syn člověka ve své slávě a všichni andělé s ním, posadí se na trůnu své slávy;32 a budou před něho shromážděny všechny národy. I oddělí jedny od druhých, jako pastýř odděluje ovce od kozlů,33 ovce postaví po pravici a kozly po levici.34 Tehdy řekne král těm po pravici: ‚Pojďte, požehnaní mého Otce, ujměte se království, které je vám připraveno od založení světa.35 Neboť jsem hladověl, a dali jste mi jíst, žíznil jsem, a dali jste mi pít, byl jsem na cestách, a ujali jste se mne,36 byl jsem nahý, a oblékli jste mě, byl jsem nemocen, a navštívili jste mě, byl jsem ve vězení, a přišli jste za mnou.‘37 Tu mu ti spravedliví odpovědí: ‚Pane, kdy jsme tě viděli hladového, a nasytili jsme tě, nebo žíznivého, a dali jsme ti pít?38 Kdy jsme tě viděli jako pocestného, a ujali jsme se tě, nebo nahého, a oblékli jsme tě?39 Kdy jsme tě viděli nemocného nebo ve vězení, a přišli jsme za tebou?‘40 Král odpoví a řekne jim: ‚Amen, pravím vám, cokoliv jste učinili jednomu z těchto mých nepatrných bratří, mně jste učinili.‘41 Potom řekne těm na levici: ‚Jděte ode mne, prokletí, do věčného ohně, připraveného ďáblu a jeho andělům!42 Hladověl jsem, a nedali jste mi jíst, žíznil jsem, a nedali jste mi pít,43 byl jsem na cestách, a neujali jste se mne, byl jsem nahý, a neoblékli jste mě, byl jsem nemocen a ve vězení, a nenavštívili jste mě.‘44 Tehdy odpovědí i oni: ‚Pane, kdy jsme tě viděli hladového, žíznivého, pocestného, nahého, nemocného nebo ve vězení, a neposloužili jsme ti?‘45 On jim odpoví: ‚Amen, pravím vám, cokoliv jste neučinili jednomu z těchto nepatrných, ani mně jste neučinili.‘46 A půjdou do věčných muk, ale spravedliví do věčného života.“

O hřivnách
14„Je to, jako když si člověk při odchodu na cestu svolal své služebníky a svěřil jim svůj majetek.15Jednomu dal pět hřiven,[1] dalšímu dvě a dalšímu jednu, každému podle jeho schopností, a odešel na cestu.16Ten, který dostal pět hřiven, ihned šel, nechal je vydělávat a získal jiných pět.17Podobně ten, který dostal dvě hřivny, získal jiné dvě.18Ten, který dostal jednu, ale šel, zakopal ji v zemi, a tak ukryl peníze svého pána.19Po dlouhé době se pán těch služebníků vrátil a účtoval s nimi.20Když přistoupil ten, který dostal pět hřiven, přinesl dalších pět hřiven a řekl: ‚Pane, dal jsi mi pět hřiven a podívej, získal jsem pět dalších.‘21Jeho pán mu řekl: ‚Výborně, dobrý a věrný služebníku! Byl jsi věrný v mále, svěřím ti mnoho. Věděl jsi, že sklízím, kde jsem nezasel, a sbírám, kde jsem nerozsypal?27Měl jsi tedy dát mé peníze směnárníkům a já bych si po návratu vzal, co mi patří, i s úrokem!28Vezměte mu tu hřivnu a dejte ji tomu, kdo jich má deset.29Každému, kdo má, totiž bude dáno, a bude mít hojnost, ale tomu, kdo nemá, bude vzato i to, co má.30A toho neužitečného služebníka vyhoďte do té venkovní tmy. Tam bude pláč a skřípění zubů.‘“
Ovce a kozli
31„Až přijde Syn člověka ve své slávě a s ním všichni andělé, posadí se na trůnu své slávy.32Všechny národy budou shromážděny před ním a on je oddělí jedny od druhých, jako pastýř odděluje ovce od kozlů.33Ovce postaví po své pravici, ale kozly po levici.34Král tehdy řekne těm po své pravici: ‚Pojďte, vy požehnaní mého Otce, přijměte za dědictví Království, které je pro vás připraveno od stvoření světa.35Neboť jsem hladověl a dali jste mi najíst, měl jsem žízeň a dali jste mi napít, byl jsem cizincem a přijali jste mě,36byl jsem nahý a oblékli jste mě, byl jsem nemocný a navštívili jste mě, byl jsem ve vězení a přišli jste za mnou.‘37Tehdy mu ti spravedliví odpoví: ‚Pane, kdy jsme tě viděli hladového a dali ti najíst anebo žíznivého a dali ti napít?38Kdy jsme tě viděli jako cizince a přijali tě anebo nahého a oblékli tě?39Kdy jsme tě viděli nemocného anebo v žaláři a přišli jsme k tobě?‘40Král jim odpoví: ‚Amen, říkám vám, že cokoli jste udělali pro nejmenšího z těchto mých bratrů, to jste udělali pro mě.‘41Těm po své levici tehdy řekne: ‚Jděte ode mě, vy proklatí, do věčného ohně, který je připraven pro ďábla a jeho anděly!42Neboť jsem hladověl, a nedali jste mi najíst, měl jsem žízeň, a nedali jste mi napít.43Byl jsem cizincem, a nepřijali jste mě, byl jsem nahý, a neoblékli jste mě, nemocný a ve vězení, a nenavštívili jste mě.‘44Tehdy mu odpoví: ‚Pane, kdy jsme tě viděli hladového nebo žíznivého nebo jako cizince nebo nahého nebo nemocného nebo ve vězení, a neposloužili ti?‘45Poví jim: ‚Amen, říkám vám, že cokoli jste neudělali pro nejmenšího z nich, to jste neudělali pro mě.‘46Takoví tedy půjdou do věčných muk, ale spravedliví do věčného života.“

1Dann wird es mit dem Himmelreich sein wie mit zehn Jungfrauen, die ihre Lampen nahmen und dem Bräutigam entgegengingen. 14Es ist wie mit einem Mann, der auf Reisen ging. Er rief seine Diener und vertraute ihnen sein Vermögen an. (Mk 13,34; L 19,11)15Dem einen gab er fünf Talente Silbergeld, einem anderen zwei, wieder einem anderen eines, jedem nach seinen Fähigkeiten. Dann reiste er ab. Das Gleichnis vom Gericht des Menschensohnes über die Völker
31Wenn der Menschensohn in seiner Herrlichkeit kommt und alle Engel mit ihm, dann wird er sich auf den Thron seiner Herrlichkeit setzen. (Dt 33,2; Mt 16,27; Mt 19,28; Zj 3,21)32Und alle Völker werden vor ihm versammelt werden und er wird sie voneinander scheiden, wie der Hirt die Schafe von den Böcken scheidet.33Er wird die Schafe zu seiner Rechten stellen, die Böcke aber zur Linken.34Dann wird der König denen zu seiner Rechten sagen: Kommt her, die ihr von meinem Vater gesegnet seid, empfangt das Reich als Erbe, das seit der Erschaffung der Welt für euch bestimmt ist!35Denn ich war hungrig und ihr habt mir zu essen gegeben; ich war durstig und ihr habt mir zu trinken gegeben; ich war fremd und ihr habt mich aufgenommen;36ich war nackt und ihr habt mir Kleidung gegeben; ich war krank und ihr habt mich besucht; ich war im Gefängnis und ihr seid zu mir gekommen.37Dann werden ihm die Gerechten antworten und sagen: Herr, wann haben wir dich hungrig gesehen und dir zu essen gegeben oder durstig und dir zu trinken gegeben?38Und wann haben wir dich fremd gesehen und aufgenommen oder nackt und dir Kleidung gegeben?39Und wann haben wir dich krank oder im Gefängnis gesehen und sind zu dir gekommen?40Darauf wird der König ihnen antworten: Amen, ich sage euch: Was ihr für einen meiner geringsten Brüder getan habt, das habt ihr mir getan.41Dann wird er zu denen auf der Linken sagen: Geht weg von mir, ihr Verfluchten, in das ewige Feuer, das für den Teufel und seine Engel bestimmt ist! The Parable of the Talents
14“For it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants[3] and entrusted to them his property.
