Zemi jsme vítězství nezískali, nepadli obyvatelé světa. 19 Tvoji mrtví obživnou, má mrtvá těla vstanou! Probuďte se, plesejte, kdo přebýváte v prachu! Vždyť tvá rosa je rosou světel, porazíš i zemi stínů. 20 Nuže, lide můj, již vejdi do svých komnat a zavři za sebou dveře. Skryj se na chviličku, dokud hrozný hněv se nepřežene. 21 Hle, Hospodin vychází ze svého místa, aby ztrestal nepravost obyvatel země. I odhalí země krev prolitou na ní a nebude již přikrývat povražděné.

Tví mrtví ožijí
7Cesta spravedlivého je poctivá, stezku spravedlivého vyrovnáš.8Na cestě tvých soudů, Hospodine, v tebe doufáme; po tvém jménu, po tvé připomínce v duši toužíme.9Má duše v noci touží po tobě, můj duch tě hledá s úsvitem. Když se tvé soudy dějí na zemi, obyvatelé světa se učí spravedlnosti.10Když se však prokazuje vlídnost lumpovi, spravedlnosti se neučí; v zemi práva pak páchá bezpráví, nevidí, jak vznešený je Hospodin.11Svou rukou, Hospodine, hrozíš jim, oni to ale nevidí. Ať vidí, jak horlíš pro svůj lid! Ať se zastydí!
