1Když pak vejdeš do země, kterouž Hospodin Bůh tvůj dává tobě v dědictví, a opanuje ji, bydliti v ní budeš:2Vezmeš prvotin všeho ovoce země té, kteréž obětovati budeš z země své, již Hospodin Bůh tvůj dává tobě, a vlože do koše, půjdeš k místu, kteréž by Hospodin Bůh tvůj k přebývání tam jménu svému vyvolil.3A přijda k knězi, kterýž těch dnů bude, díš jemu: Vyznávám dnes Hospodinu Bohu svému, že jsem všel do země, kterouž s přísahou zaslíbil Hospodin otcům našim, že ji nám dá.4I vezma kněz z ruky tvé koš, postaví jej před oltářem Hospodina Boha tvého.5A mluviti budeš před Hospodinem Bohem svým, řka: Syrský chudý otec můj sstoupil do Egypta s nemnohými osobami, a byv tam pohostinu, vzrostl v národ veliký, silný a mnohý.6A když zle nakládali s námi Egyptští, trápíce nás, a vzkládajíce na nás službu těžkou,7Volali jsme k Hospodinu Bohu otců našich, a vyslyšev Hospodin hlas náš, popatřil na trápení naše, práci naši a ssoužení naše.8I vyvedl nás Hospodin z Egypta v ruce silné a v rameni vztaženém, v strachu velikém, a znameních i zázracích.9A uvedl nás na toto místo, a dal nám zemi tuto oplývající mlékem a strdí.10Protož nyní, hle, přinesl jsem prvotiny úrod země, kterouž jsi mi dal, ó Hospodine. I necháš toho před Hospodinem Bohem svým, a pokloníš se před ním.11I veseliti se budeš ve všech dobrých věcech, kteréž by tobě dal Hospodin Bůh tvůj, i domu tvému, ty i Levíta i příchozí, kterýž jest u prostřed tebe.12Když bys pak vyplnil všecky desátky ze všech úrod svých léta třetího, jenž rok desátků jest, a dal bys Levítovi, příchozímu, sirotku i vdově, a jedli by v branách tvých a nasyceni byli:13Tedy díš před Hospodinem Bohem svým: Vynesl jsem, což posvěceného bylo, z domu svého, a dal jsem také Levítovi, příchozímu, sirotku a vdově vedlé všelikého přikázaní tvého, kteréž jsi mi přikázal; nepřestoupil jsem žádného z přikázaní tvých, aniž jsem zapomenul na ně.14Nejedl jsem v zámutku svém z toho, a neujal jsem z toho k věci obecné, aniž jsem dal něco odtud ku pohřbu; poslechl jsem hlasu Hospodina Boha svého, učinil jsem podlé všeho, což jsi mi přikázal.15Popatřiž z příbytku svatého svého s nebe, a požehnej lidu svému Izraelskému a zemi, kterouž jsi dal nám, jakož jsi s přísahou zaslíbil otcům našim, zemi oplývající mlékem a strdí.16Dnes Hospodin Bůh tvůj přikazuje tobě, abys ostříhal ustanovení těchto a soudů; ostříhejž tedy a čiň je z celého srdce svého a ze vší duše své.17Dnes i ty připověděls se k Hospodinu, že jej budeš míti za Boha, a choditi budeš po cestách jeho, a ostříhati ustanovení jeho, a přikázaní i soudů jeho, a poslouchati hlasu jeho.18Hospodin také připověděl se k tobě dnes, že tě bude míti za lid zvláštní, jakož mluvil tobě, abys ostříhal všech příkázaní jeho,19A že tě vyvýší nade všecky národy, kteréž učinil, abys byl vzácnější, slovoutnější a slavnější nad ně, a tak lid svatý Hospodinu Bohu svému, jakož jest mluvil.

1 Až přijdeš do země, kterou ti Hospodin, tvůj Bůh, dává do dědictví, a obsadíš ji a usadíš se v ní,2 vezmeš z prvotin všech polních plodů, které vytěžíš ze své země, kterou ti dává Hospodin, tvůj Bůh, vložíš je do koše a půjdeš k místu, které vyvolí Hospodin, tvůj Bůh, aby tam přebývalo jeho jméno.3 Přijdeš ke knězi, který tam bude v těch dnech, a řekneš mu: „Vyznávám dnes Hospodinu, tvému Bohu, že jsem vstoupil do země, o které přísahal Hospodin našim otcům, že nám ji dá.“4 Kněz vezme koš z tvé ruky a postaví jej před oltář Hospodina, tvého Boha.5 Ty pak promluvíš před Hospodinem, svým Bohem, takto: „Můj otec byl Aramejec bloudící bez domova, sestoupil do Egypta a s hrstkou lidí tam pobýval jako host. Tam se stal velikým, zdatným a početným národem.6 Ale Egypťané s námi zle nakládali, trýznili nás a tvrdě nás zotročovali.7 Tu jsme úpěli k Hospodinu, Bohu našich otců, a Hospodin nás vyslyšel, shlédl na naše pokoření, plahočení a útlak.8 Hospodin nás vyvedl z Egypta pevnou rukou a vztaženou paží, za veliké hrůzy, se znameními a zázraky,9 a přivedl nás na toto místo a dal nám tuto zemi, zemi oplývající mlékem a medem.10 Nyní tedy, hle, přinesl jsem prvotiny z plodů role, kterou jsi mi dal, Hospodine.“ A postavíš koš před Hospodina, svého Boha, a pokloníš se před Hospodinem, svým Bohem.11 Budeš se radovat ze všeho dobrého, co dal Hospodin, tvůj Bůh, tobě a tvému domu, ty i lévijec i bezdomovec, který bude mezi vámi. 12 Když pak třetího roku, v roce desátků, odvedeš všechny desátky ze své úrody a dáš je lévijci, bezdomovci, sirotku a vdově, aby jedli v tvých branách a nasytili se,13 řekneš před Hospodinem, svým Bohem: „Vynesl jsem z domu, co bylo svaté, a dal jsem to lévijci a bezdomovci, sirotku a vdově, zcela podle tvého příkazu, který jsi mi dal. Nepřestoupil jsem ani neopomenul žádné z tvých přikázání.14 Nejedl jsem z toho, když jsem měl zármutek, neodstranil jsem z toho nic, když jsem byl nečistý, nedal jsem z toho nic pro mrtvého. Poslechl jsem Hospodina, svého Boha, a učinil jsem vše, jak jsi mi přikázal.15 Shlédni ze svého svatého obydlí, z nebes, a požehnej svému izraelskému lidu i půdě, kterou jsi nám dal, jak jsi přísežně slíbil našim otcům, tu zemi oplývající mlékem a medem.“ 16 Dnešního dne ti Hospodin, tvůj Bůh, přikazuje, abys dodržoval tato nařízení a právní ustanovení. Budeš je bedlivě dodržovat celým svým srdcem a celou svou duší.17 Prohlásil jsi při Hospodinu, že ti bude Bohem a ty že budeš chodit po jeho cestách a dbát na jeho nařízení, přikázání a právní ustanovení a že ho budeš poslouchat.18 A Hospodin prohlásil dnes tobě, že budeš jeho lidem, zvláštním vlastnictvím, jak k tobě mluvil. Budeš dbát na všechna jeho přikázání19 a on tě vyvýší nade všechny pronárody, které učinil. Budeš mu chválou, věhlasem a okrasou, budeš svatým lidem Hospodina, svého Boha, jak mluvil.
1Až přijdeš do země, kterou ti Hospodin, tvůj Bůh, dává za dědictví, ovládneš ji a usadíš se v ní,2odděl prvotiny všech plodů, jež sklidíš v zemi, kterou ti dává Hospodin, tvůj Bůh. Tam pobýval a tam se stal národem – velikým, mocným a početným.6Egypťané nás ale trápili, utiskovali a drtili těžkou robotou.7Volali jsme tedy k Hospodinu, Bohu našich otců, a Hospodin nás vyslyšel. Viděl naše utrpení, dřinu a porobu8a vyvedl nás z Egypta mocnou rukou a vztaženou paží, ve veliké hrůze, uprostřed znamení a zázraků.9Přivedl nás až sem a dal nám tuto zemi, zemi oplývající mlékem a medem.10Proto teď přináším prvotiny, první ovoce země, kterou jsi mi, Hospodine, dal.“ Když to položíš před Hospodina, svého Boha, pokloníš se před ním.11Spolu s levitou a přistěhovalcem se pak budeš radovat ze všeho dobrého, co ti Hospodin, tvůj Bůh, dal.12Když budeš třetího roku, v roce desátků, dokončovat odvod všech desátků ze své úrody, poskytneš je levitovi, přistěhovalci, sirotku a vdově, aby ve tvém městě jedli do sytosti.13Tehdy před Hospodinem, svým Bohem, prohlásíš: „Vynesl jsem z domu, co bylo svaté, a dal jsem to levitovi, přistěhovalci, sirotku a vdově, přesně jak jsi mi přikázal. Nepřestoupil jsem tvé přikázání, nezapomněl jsem ani na jedno.14Nic z toho jsem nejedl ve svém truchlení, nic z toho jsem neubral ve své nečistotě,[2] nic z toho jsem nevěnoval mrtvému. Poslechl jsem Hospodina, svého Boha; zachoval jsem se přesně, jak jsi mi přikázal.15Shlédni tedy ze svého svatého příbytku, z nebe, a požehnej svému lidu Izraeli i zemi, kterou jsi nám dal, jak jsi s přísahou slíbil našim otcům – tu zemi oplývající mlékem a medem!“16Dnešního dne ti Hospodin, tvůj Bůh, přikazuje, abys dodržoval tato ustanovení a pravidla. Proto je pečlivě dodržuj celým srdcem a celou duší.17Dnes prohlašuješ, že Hospodin bude tvým Bohem, že budeš kráčet po jeho cestách, že budeš zachovávat jeho pravidla, přikázání a zákony a že mu budeš poslušný.18Hospodin pak prohlašuje, že budeš jeho lidem, jeho zvláštním pokladem, jak ti zaslíbil.[3] Budeš-li zachovávat všechna jeho přikázání,19pak tě vyvýší, abys měl chválu, věhlas a slávu nade všechny národy, které učinil, a tak budeš svatým lidem Hospodina, svého Boha, jak ti zaslíbil.

Dann sollst du zu der Stätte ziehen, die der HERR, dein Gott, erwählen wird, indem er dort seinen Namen wohnen lässt. Mein Vater war ein heimatloser Aramäer. Er zog nach Ägypten, lebte dort als Fremder mit wenigen Leuten und wurde dort zu einem großen, mächtigen und zahlreichen Volk. (Gn 12,10; Gn 18,18; Gn 26,2; Gn 46,3; Gn 47,4; Nu 20,15; Dt 6,21; Jz 24,17)6Die Ägypter behandelten uns schlecht, machten uns rechtlos und legten uns harte Fronarbeit auf. (Ex 1,9; Ex 5,9)7Wir schrien zum HERRN, dem Gott unserer Väter, und der HERR hörte unser Schreien und sah unsere Rechtlosigkeit, unsere Arbeitslast und unsere Bedrängnis. Wenn du den Korb vor den HERRN, deinen Gott, gestellt hast, sollst du dich vor dem HERRN, deinem Gott, niederwerfen.11Dann sollst du fröhlich sein und dich freuen über alles Gute, das der HERR, dein Gott, dir und deiner Familie gegeben hat: du, die Leviten und die Fremden in deiner Mitte. Gebet nach der Ablieferung des Zehnten für die Armen
12Wenn du im dritten Jahr, dem Zehntjahr, alle Zehntanteile von deiner Ernte vollständig ausgesondert und für die Leviten, Fremden, Waisen und Witwen abgeliefert hast und sie davon in deinen Stadtbereichen essen und satt werden, (Dt 12,1; Dt 14,29)13dann sollst du vor dem HERRN, deinem Gott, sagen: Ich habe alle heiligen Abgaben aus meinem Haus geschafft.
Ich habe sie für die Leviten und die Fremden, für die Waisen und die Witwen gegeben, genau nach deinem Gebot, auf das du mich verpflichtet hast. Ich habe deine Gebote nicht übertreten und nicht vergessen.14Ich habe in der Trauerzeit nicht davon gegessen. Ich habe nichts davon weggeschafft, als ich unrein war. Ich habe nichts davon einem Toten gespendet. Ich habe auf die Stimme des HERRN, meines Gottes, gehört. Ich habe alles so gehalten, wie du es mir zur Pflicht gemacht hast.15Blick von deiner heiligen Wohnung, vom Himmel, herab und segne dein Volk Israel und das Land, das du uns gegeben hast, wie du es unseren Vätern geschworen hattest, das Land, wo Milch und Honig fließen! Der Grund, das Gesetz zu halten der Bund
16Heute, an diesem Tag, verpflichtet dich der HERR, dein Gott, diese Gesetze und die Rechtsentscheide zu halten: Du sollst sie bewahren und sie halten mit ganzem Herzen und mit ganzer Seele. (Dt 5,1)17Heute hast du der Erklärung des HERRN zugestimmt. Er hat dir erklärt: Er will dein Gott werden und du sollst auf seinen Wegen gehen, seine Gesetze, Gebote und Rechtsentscheide bewahren und auf seine Stimme hören. (Dt 29,12; 2S 7,24)18Und der HERR hat heute deiner Erklärung zugestimmt. Du hast ihm erklärt: Du möchtest das Volk werden, das ihm persönlich gehört, wie er es dir zugesagt hat. Du willst alle seine Gebote bewahren; (Dt 7,6)19er soll dich über alle Völker, die er geschaffen hat, erheben - zum Lob, zum Ruhm, zur Zierde -; und du möchtest ein Volk werden, das ihm, dem HERRN, deinem Gott, heilig ist, wie er es zugesagt hat.
