Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.”Mt 18:6but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea.Mt 5:45so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.Mt 5:1Seeing the crowds, he went up on the mountain, and when he sat down, his disciples came to him.Mt 11:25At that time Jesus declared, “I thank you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that you have hidden these things from the wise and understanding and revealed them to little children;Mt 18:10“See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.Mt 17:1And after six days Jesus took with him Peter and James, and John his brother, and led them up a high mountain by themselves.Mt 6:5“And when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites. For they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and at the street corners, that they may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward.Mt 6:19“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal,Mt 5:7“Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy.Mt 19:13Then children were brought to him that he might lay his hands on them and pray. The disciples rebuked the people,Mr 9:2And after six days Jesus took with him Peter and James and John, and led them up a high mountain by themselves. And he was transfigured before them,Mt 7:6“Do not give dogs what is holy, and do not throw your pearls before pigs, lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you.Mt 10:8Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, cast out demons. You received without paying; give without pay.Mt 6:20but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.Ps 37:22for those blessed by the Lord shall inherit the land, but those cursed by him shall be cut off.Mt 13:43Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear.Mr 9:42“Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him if a great millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea.Mt 14:23And after he had dismissed the crowds, he went up on the mountain by himself to pray. When evening came, he was there alone,Mt 6:2“Thus, when you give to the needy, sound no trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may be praised by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward.Lu 18:15Now they were bringing even infants to him that he might touch them. And when the disciples saw it, they rebuked them.Lu 9:28Now about eight days after these sayings he took with him Peter and John and James and went up on the mountain to pray.Mr 10:13And they were bringing children to him that he might touch them, and the disciples rebuked them.Mt 20:28even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”Lu 12:33Sell your possessions, and give to the needy. Provide yourselves with moneybags that do not grow old, with a treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches and no moth destroys.Lu 17:2It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were cast into the sea than that he should cause one of these little ones to sin.Lu 12:31Instead, seek his kingdom, and these things will be added to you.Mt 17:17And Jesus answered, “O faithless and twisted generation, how long am I to be with you? How long am I to bear with you? Bring him here to me.”Lu 3:11And he answered them, “Whoever has two tunics is to share with him who has none, and whoever has food is to do likewise.”Mt 7:11If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!Lu 6:20And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples, and said: “Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God.Mt 5:5“Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.Mt 6:14For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you,Mt 19:21Jesus said to him, “If you would be perfect, go, sell what you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.”Lu 12:43Blessed is that servant whom his master will find so doing when he comes.Mt 6:33But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.Mt 16:27For the Son of Man is going to come with his angels in the glory of his Father, and then he will repay each person according to what he has done.Lu 17:1And he said to his disciples, “Temptations to sin are sure to come, but woe to the one through whom they come!Mt 18:35So also my heavenly Father will do to every one of you, if you do not forgive your brother from your heart.”Mt 18:7“Woe to the world for temptations to sin! For it is necessary that temptations come, but woe to the one by whom the temptation comes!Mt 9:36When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.Mt 5:8“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.Mr 10:45For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”Mt 26:20When it was evening, he reclined at table with the twelve.Mt 26:45Then he came to the disciples and said to them, “Sleep and take your rest later on. See, the hour is at hand, and the Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.Mr 6:46And after he had taken leave of them, he went up on the mountain to pray.Mr 6:34When he went ashore he saw a great crowd, and he had compassion on them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd. And he began to teach them many things.Lu 6:23Rejoice in that day, and leap for joy, for behold, your reward is great in heaven; for so their fathers did to the prophets.Lu 15:1Now the tax collectors and sinners were all drawing near to hear him.Mt 18:21Then Peter came up and said to him, “Lord, how often will my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? As many as seven times?”Mt 15:36he took the seven loaves and the fish, and having given thanks he broke them and gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the crowds.Mr 10:16And he took them in his arms and blessed them, laying his hands on them.Mr 2:13He went out again beside the sea, and all the crowd was coming to him, and he was teaching them.Mt 23:33You serpents, you brood of vipers, how are you to escape being sentenced to hell?Lu 9:54And when his disciples James and John saw it, they said, “Lord, do you want us to tell fire to come down from heaven and consume them?”Mr 11:25And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.”Mt 18:23“Therefore the kingdom of heaven may be compared to a king who wished to settle accounts with his servants.Mt 9:10And as Jesus reclined at table in the house, behold, many tax collectors and sinners came and were reclining with Jesus and his disciples.Mr 6:31And he said to them, “Come away by yourselves to a desolate place and rest a while.” For many were coming and going, and they had no leisure even to eat.Mt 6:12and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.Lu 14:14and you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you. For you will be repaid at the resurrection of the just.”Lu 4:8And Jesus answered him, “It is written, “‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and him only shall you serve.’”Mr 14:41And he came the third time and said to them, “Are you still sleeping and taking your rest? It is enough; the hour has come. The Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.Lu 12:1In the meantime, when so many thousands of the people had gathered together that they were trampling one another, he began to say to his disciples first, “Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.Mt 14:14When he went ashore he saw a great crowd, and he had compassion on them and healed their sick.Mr 2:14And as he passed by, he saw Levi the son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax booth, and he said to him, “Follow me.” And he rose and followed him.Mt 6:1“Beware of practicing your righteousness before other people in order to be seen by them, for then you will have no reward from your Father who is in heaven.Lu 14:12He said also to the man who had invited him, “When you give a dinner or a banquet, do not invite your friends or your brothers or your relatives or rich neighbors, lest they also invite you in return and you be repaid.Lu 12:37Blessed are those servants whom the master finds awake when he comes. Truly, I say to you, he will dress himself for service and have them recline at table, and he will come and serve them.Mr 10:14But when Jesus saw it, he was indignant and said to them, “Let the children come to me; do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God.Mt 8:1When he came down from the mountain, great crowds followed him.Joh 6:12And when they had eaten their fill, he told his disciples, “Gather up the leftover fragments, that nothing may be lost.”Mt 11:5the blind receive their sight and the lame walk, lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear, and the dead are raised up, and the poor have good news preached to them.Mt 13:12For to the one who has, more will be given, and he will have an abundance, but from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away.Mt 10:42And whoever gives one of these little ones even a cup of cold water because he is a disciple, truly, I say to you, he will by no means lose his reward.”Mr 4:24And he said to them, “Pay attention to what you hear: with the measure you use, it will be measured to you, and still more will be added to you.Mt 23:26You blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup and the plate, that the outside also may be clean.Joh 13:15For I have given you an example, that you also should do just as I have done to you.Lu 11:1Now Jesus was praying in a certain place, and when he finished, one of his disciples said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray, as John taught his disciples.”Mt 24:46Blessed is that servant whom his master will find so doing when he comes.Mt 13:30Let both grow together until the harvest, and at harvest time I will tell the reapers, “Gather the weeds first and bind them in bundles to be burned, but gather the wheat into my barn.”’”Lu 11:3Give us each day our daily bread,Mt 8:4And Jesus said to him, “See that you say nothing to anyone, but go, show yourself to the priest and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a proof to them.”Mt 15:32Then Jesus called his disciples to him and said, “I have compassion on the crowd because they have been with me now three days and have nothing to eat. And I am unwilling to send them away hungry, lest they faint on the way.”Mt 7:2For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you.Mt 25:29For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will have an abundance. But from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away.Mr 11:23Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him.Mr 3:13And he went up on the mountain and called to him those whom he desired, and they came to him.Mt 23:1Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples,Mt 13:44“The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and covered up.
