Zephaniah 3:16

16 On that day it shall be said to Jerusalem: “Fear not, O Zion; let not your hands grow weak. (Isa 35:3; Zep 3:11; Heb 12:12) 

New International Version

16 On that day they will say to Jerusalem, ‘Do not fear, Zion; do not let your hands hang limp.

16 The time is coming when people will say to Jerusalem, ‘Zion, don’t be afraid. Don’t give up.
