Zechariah 12:8

English Standard Version

8 On that day the Lord will protect the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so that the feeblest among them on that day shall be like David, and the house of David shall be like God, like the angel of the Lord, going before them. (1Sa 29:9; 2Sa 14:17; 2Sa 14:20; 2Sa 19:27; Isa 60:22; Zec 9:15; Zec 12:3) 

New International Version

8 On that day the Lord will shield those who live in Jerusalem, so that the feeblest among them will be like David, and the house of David will be like God, like the angel of the Lord going before them. 

New International Reader’s Version

8 At that time I will be like a shield to those who live in Jerusalem. Then even the weakest among them will be great warriors like David. And David’s family line will be like the angel of the LORD who leads them. 

King James Version

8 In that day shall the LORD defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the LORD before them.
