English Standard Version

25 As indeed he says in Hosea, “Those who were not my people I will call ‘my people,’ and her who was not beloved I will call ‘beloved.’” (Ho 2:23; 1Pe 2:10) 

New International Version

25 As he says in Hosea: ‘I will call them “my people” who are not my people; and I will call her “my loved one” who is not my loved one,’ (Ho 2:23) 

New International Reader’s Version

25 God says in Hosea, ‘I will call those who are not my people “my people.” I will call the one who is not my loved one “my loved one.” ’ (Ho 2:23)
