5 And I heard the angel in charge of the waters[1] say, “Just are you, O Holy One, who is and who was, for you brought these judgments. (Jer 12:1; Joh 17:25; Re 1:4; Re 1:8; Re 4:8; Re 11:17; Re 15:4)

5 Then I heard the angel in charge of the waters say: ‘You are just in these judgments, O Holy One, you who are and who were;

5 Then I heard the angel who was in charge of the waters. He said, ‘Holy One, the way you judge is fair. You are the God who is and who was.
