8 Another angel, a second, followed, saying, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, she who made all nations drink the wine of the passion[1] of her sexual immorality.” (Isa 21:9; Jer 51:7; Jer 51:8; Da 4:30; Re 16:19; Re 17:5; Re 18:2; Re 18:3; Re 18:10) 

New International Version

8 A second angel followed and said, ‘ “Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great,” which made all the nations drink the maddening wine of her adulteries.’ (Isa 21:9) 

New International Reader’s Version

8 A second angel followed him. He said, ‘ “Fallen! Babylon the Great has fallen!” The city of Babylon made all the nations drink the strong wine of her terrible sins.’ (Isa 21:9) 

King James Version

8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
