Psalm 9:12

English Standard Version

12 For he who avenges blood is mindful of them; he does not forget the cry of the afflicted. (Ge 9:5; 1Ki 21:17; Ps 9:18; Ps 10:12; Ps 10:13; Ps 12:5) 

New International Version

12 For he who avenges blood remembers; he does not ignore the cries of the afflicted. 

New International Reader’s Version

12 The God who pays back murderers remembers. He doesn’t forget the cries of those who are hurting.

12 When he maketh inquisition for blood, he remembereth them: he forgetteth not the cry of the humble.
