English Standard Version

3 Blow the trumpet at the new moon, at the full moon, on our feast day. (Le 23:24; Nu 10:10; Nu 29:1) 

New International Version

3 Sound the ram’s horn at the New Moon, and when the moon is full, on the day of our Feast; 

New International Reader’s Version

3 Blow the ram’s horn on the day of the New Moon feast. Blow it again when the moon is full and the Feast of Booths begins. 

King James Version

3 Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day.
