Psalm 78:65

English Standard Version

65 Then the Lord awoke as from sleep, like a strong man shouting because of wine. (Ps 35:23; Ps 73:20) 

New International Version

65 Then the Lord awoke as from sleep, as a warrior wakes from the stupor of wine. 

New International Reader’s Version

65 Then the Lord woke up as if he had been sleeping. He was like a warrior waking up from the deep sleep caused by wine. 

King James Version

65 Then the Lord awaked as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man that shouteth by reason of wine.
