Psalm 75:7

English Standard Version

7 but it is God who executes judgment, putting down one and lifting up another. (1Sa 2:7; Ps 50:6; Da 2:21) 

New International Version

7 It is God who judges: he brings one down, he exalts another. 

New International Reader’s Version

7 God is the one who judges. He says to one person, ‘You are guilty.’ To another he says, ‘You are not guilty.’
