Psalm 53:1

English Standard Version

1 To the choirmaster: according to Mahalath. A Maskil[1] of David. The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, doing abominable iniquity; there is none who does good. (Ps14:1; Ps88:1)

New International Version

1 The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, and their ways are vile; there is no one who does good. (Ps14:1)

1 Foolish people say in their hearts, “There is no God.” They do all kinds of horrible and evil things. No one does anything good.
