Psalm 45:1

English Standard Version

1 To the choirmaster: according to Lilies. A Maskil[1] of the Sons of Korah; a love song. My heart overflows with a pleasing theme; I address my verses to the king; my tongue is like the pen of a ready scribe. (Ezr 7:6; Ps 42:1)

New International Version

1 My heart is stirred by a noble theme as I recite my verses for the king; my tongue is the pen of a skilful writer.[1]

1 To the chief Musician upon Shoshannim, for the sons of Korah, Maschil, A Song of loves. My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.
