Psalm 36:2

English Standard Version

2 For he flatters himself in his own eyes that his iniquity cannot be found out and hated. (De 29:19; Ps 10:3; Ps 49:18) 

New International Version

2 In their own eyes they flatter themselves too much to detect or hate their sin. 

New International Reader’s Version

2 They praise themselves so much that they can’t see their sin or hate it.
