15 Blessed are the people to whom such blessings fall! Blessed are the people whose God is the Lord! (De 33:29; Ps 33:12; Ps 146:5) 

New International Version

15 Blessed is the people of whom this is true; blessed is the people whose God is the Lord. 

New International Reader’s Version

15 Blessed is the nation about whom all these things are true. Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD. 

King James Version

15 Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea , happy is that people, whose God is the LORD.
