English Standard Version

16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them. (Ps 56:8) 

New International Version

16 Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. 

New International Reader’s Version

16 your eyes saw my body even before it was formed. You planned how many days I would live. You wrote down the number of them in your book before I had lived through even one of them. 

King James Version

16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.
