7 He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap, (Ps 136:23) 

New International Version

7 He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap;

7 He raises poor people up from the rubbish heap. He lifts needy people out of the ashes.

7 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill;
