Psalm 104:3

English Standard Version

3 He lays the beams of his chambers on the waters; he makes the clouds his chariot; he rides on the wings of the wind; (2Sa 22:11; Ps 18:10; Ps 104:13; Isa 19:1; Am 9:6) 

New International Version

3 and lays the beams of his upper chambers on their waters. He makes the clouds his chariot and rides on the wings of the wind. 

New International Reader’s Version

3 He builds his palace high in the heavens. He makes the clouds serve as his chariot. He rides on the wings of the wind.
