Proverbs 8:24

24 When there were no depths I was brought forth, when there were no springs abounding with water. (Ge 1:2; Job 15:7; Ps 51:5; Pr 3:20; Pr 8:27)

24 When there were no watery depths, I was given birth, when there were no springs overflowing with water;
