Proverbs 27:9

9 Oil and perfume make the heart glad, and the sweetness of a friend comes from his earnest counsel.[1] (Ps 23:5)

9 Perfume and incense bring joy to the heart, and the pleasantness of a friend springs from their heartfelt advice.
