Proverbs 22:9

English Standard Version

9 Whoever has a bountiful[1] eye will be blessed, for he shares his bread with the poor. (Pr 19:17; Lu 14:13; 2Co 9:6) 

New International Version

9 The generous will themselves be blessed, for they share their food with the poor. 

New International Reader’s Version

9 Those who give freely will be blessed. That’s because they share their food with those who are poor. 

King James Version

9 He that hath a bountiful eye shall be blessed; for he giveth of his bread to the poor.
