Proverbs 16:30

30 Whoever winks his eyes plans[1] dishonest things; he who purses his lips brings evil to pass. (Pr 2:12; Pr 6:13)

New International Version

30 Whoever winks with their eye is plotting perversity; whoever purses their lips is bent on evil.

New International Reader’s Version

30 Whoever winks with their eye is planning to do wrong. Whoever closes their lips tightly is up to no good.

King James Version

30 He shutteth his eyes to devise froward things: moving his lips he bringeth evil to pass.
