Proverbs 13:22

22 A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children, but the sinner’s wealth is laid up for the righteous. (Ezr 9:12; Job 27:16; Ps 37:25; Pr 28:8) 

New International Version

22 A good person leaves an inheritance for their children’s children, but a sinner’s wealth is stored up for the righteous. 

New International Reader’s Version

22 A good person leaves what they own to their children and grandchildren. But a sinner’s wealth is stored up for those who do right. 

King James Version

22 A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children' children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.
