Proverbs 1:26

26 I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when terror strikes you, (Ps 2:4; Pr 10:24; Jer 48:43; Jer 49:5)

26 I in turn will laugh when disaster strikes you; I will mock when calamity overtakes you –
