English Standard Version

9 (But any vow of a widow or of a divorced woman, anything by which she has bound herself, shall stand against her.) 

New International Version

9 ‘Any vow or obligation taken by a widow or divorced woman will be binding on her. 

New International Reader’s Version

9 ‘Suppose a widow makes a special promise. Or suppose she gives her word to do something. Then she must keep her promise. She must do what she agreed to do. The same rules apply to a woman who has been divorced. 

King James Version

9 But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith they have bound their souls, shall stand against her.
