Numbers 30:2

English Standard Version

2 If a man vows a vow to the Lord, or swears an oath to bind himself by a pledge, he shall not break his word. He shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth. (Le 5:4; Le 27:2; De 23:21; Job 22:27; Ps 22:25; Ps 50:14; Ps 66:13; Ps 116:14; Ps 116:18; Ec 5:4; Na 1:15) 

New International Version

2 when a man makes a vow to the Lord or takes an oath to bind himself by a pledge, he must not break his word but must do everything he said. 

New International Reader’s Version

2 Suppose a man makes a special promise to the LORD. Or suppose he gives his word to do something. Then he must keep his promise. He must do everything he said he would do. 

King James Version

2 If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.
