35 And the chief of the fathers’ house of the clans of Merari was Zuriel the son of Abihail. They were to camp on the north side of the tabernacle. 

New International Version

35 The leader of the families of the Merarite clans was Zuriel son of Abihail. They were to camp on the north side of the tabernacle. 

New International Reader’s Version

35 The leader of the families of Merari was Zuriel, the son of Abihail. The families of Merari had to camp on the north side of the holy tent. 

King James Version

35 And the chief of the house of the father of the families of Merari was Zuriel the son of Abihail: these shall pitch on the side of the tabernacle northward.
