12 also three tenths of an ephah of fine flour for a grain offering, mixed with oil, for each bull, and two tenths of fine flour for a grain offering, mixed with oil, for the one ram; (Nu 15:4) 

New International Version

12 With each bull there is to be a grain offering of three-tenths of an ephah[1] of the finest flour mixed with oil; with the ram, a grain offering of one-fifth of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with oil; 

New International Reader’s Version

12 Present a grain offering along with each bull. It must have 4.5 kilograms of the finest flour. Mix it with olive oil. Present a grain offering along with the ram. It must have 3 kilograms of the finest flour. Mix it with oil. 

King James Version

12 And three tenth deals of flour for a meat offering, mingled with oil, for one bullock; and two tenth deals of flour for a meat offering, mingled with oil, for one ram;
