36 When Balak heard that Balaam had come, he went out to meet him at the city of Moab, on the border formed by the Arnon, at the extremity of the border. (Nu 21:13) 

New International Version

36 When Balak heard that Balaam was coming, he went out to meet him at the Moabite town on the Arnon border, at the edge of his territory. 

New International Reader’s Version

36 Balak heard that Balaam was coming. So he went out to meet him. They met at a Moabite town near the River Arnon. The town was on the border of Balak’s territory. 

King James Version

36 And when Balak heard that Balaam was come, he went out to meet him unto a city of Moab, which is in the border of Arnon, which is in the utmost coast.
