4 From Mount Hor they set out by the way to the Red Sea, to go around the land of Edom. And the people became impatient on the way. (Nu 20:22; Nu 33:41; Jud 11:18) 

New International Version

4 They travelled from Mount Hor along the route to the Red Sea,[1] to go round Edom. But the people grew impatient on the way; 

New International Reader’s Version

4 The Israelites travelled from Mount Hor along the way to the Red Sea. They wanted to go around Edom. But they grew tired on the way. 

King James Version

4 And they journeyed from mount Hor by the way of the Red sea, to compass the land of Edom: and the soul of the people was much discouraged because of the way.
