25 And Israel took all these cities, and Israel settled in all the cities of the Amorites, in Heshbon, and in all its villages. 

New International Version

25 Israel captured all the cities of the Amorites and occupied them, including Heshbon and all its surrounding settlements. 

New International Reader’s Version

25 The Israelites captured all the cities of the Amorites. Then they settled down in them. They captured the city of Heshbon. They also captured all the settlements around it. 

King James Version

25 And Israel took all these cities: and Israel dwelt in all the cities of the Amorites, in Heshbon, and in all the villages thereof.
