38 “Speak to the people of Israel, and tell them to make tassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and to put a cord of blue on the tassel of each corner. (De 22:12; Mt 23:5) 

New International Version

38 ‘Speak to the Israelites and say to them: “Throughout the generations to come you are to make tassels on the corners of your garments, with a blue cord on each tassel. 

New International Reader’s Version

38 ‘Say to the Israelites, “You must make tassels on the corners of your clothes. A blue cord must be on each tassel. You must do it for all time to come. 

King James Version

38 Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue:
