7 and said to all the congregation of the people of Israel, “The land, which we passed through to spy it out, is an exceedingly good land. (Nu 13:27; De 1:25) 

New International Version

7 and said to the entire Israelite assembly, ‘The land we passed through and explored is exceedingly good.

7 They spoke to the whole community of Israel. They said, ‘We passed through the land and checked it out. It’s very good.
