English Standard Version

43 For there the Amalekites and the Canaanites are facing you, and you shall fall by the sword. Because you have turned back from following the Lord, the Lord will not be with you.” (Nu 13:29; Nu 14:25; Nu 14:45) 

New International Version

43 for the Amalekites and the Canaanites will face you there. Because you have turned away from the Lord, he will not be with you and you will fall by the sword.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

43 The Amalekites and the Canaanites will meet you on the field of battle. You have turned away from the LORD. So he won’t be with you. And you will be killed by swords.’ 

King James Version

43 For the Amalekites and the Canaanites are there before you, and ye shall fall by the sword: because ye are turned away from the LORD, therefore the LORD will not be with you.
