English Standard Version

3 And when both are blown, all the congregation shall gather themselves to you at the entrance of the tent of meeting. (Jer 4:5; Joe 2:15) 

New International Version

3 When both are sounded, the whole community is to assemble before you at the entrance to the tent of meeting. 

New International Reader’s Version

3 When both trumpets are blown, the whole community must gather in front of you. They must come to the entrance to the tent of meeting. 

King James Version

3 And when they shall blow with them, all the assembly shall assemble themselves to thee at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
