Nehemiah 9:38

38 [1] “Because of all this we make a firm covenant in writing; on the sealed document are the names of[2] our princes, our Levites, and our priests. (2Ki 23:3; 2Ch 29:10; 2Ch 34:31; Ezr 10:3; Ne 10:1; Ne 10:29) 

New International Version

38 ‘In view of all this, we are making a binding agreement, putting it in writing, and our leaders, our Levites and our priests are affixing their seals to it.’[1] 

New International Reader’s Version

38 ‘So we are making a firm agreement. We’re writing it down. Our leaders are putting their official marks on it. And so are our Levites and priests.’ 

King James Version

38 And because of all this we make a sure covenant , and write it ; and our princes, Levites, and priests, seal unto it .
