Nehemiah 5:4

4 And there were those who said, “We have borrowed money for the king’s tax on our fields and our vineyards. (Ezr 4:13; Ezr 4:20; Ezr 7:24) 

New International Version

4 Still others were saying, ‘We have had to borrow money to pay the king’s tax on our fields and vineyards. 

New International Reader’s Version

4 Still others were saying, ‘We’ve had to borrow money. We needed it to pay the king’s tax on our fields and vineyards. 

King James Version

4 There were also that said, We have borrowed money for the king' tribute, and that upon our lands and vineyards.
