5 Do not cover their guilt, and let not their sin be blotted out from your sight, for they have provoked you to anger in the presence of the builders. (Ps 69:27; Ps 109:14; Jer 18:23) 

New International Version

5 Do not cover up their guilt or blot out their sins from your sight, for they have thrown insults in the face of[1] the builders. 

New International Reader’s Version

5 Don’t hide your eyes from their guilt. Don’t forgive their sins. They have said bad things about the builders.’ 

King James Version

5 And cover not their iniquity, and let not their sin be blotted out from before thee: for they have provoked thee to anger before the builders.
