Nehemiah 2:10

10 But when Sanballat the Horonite and Tobiah the Ammonite servant heard this, it displeased them greatly that someone had come to seek the welfare of the people of Israel. (Ne 2:19; Ne 4:1; Ne 4:7; Ne 6:1; Ne 6:5; Ne 6:12; Ne 6:14; Ne 13:4; Ne 13:28) 

New International Version

10 When Sanballat the Horonite and Tobiah the Ammonite official heard about this, they were very much disturbed that someone had come to promote the welfare of the Israelites. 

New International Reader’s Version

10 Sanballat and Tobiah heard about what was happening. Sanballat was a Horonite. Tobiah was an official from Ammon. They were very upset that someone had come to help the Israelites. 

King James Version

10 When Sanballat the Horonite, and Tobiah the servant, the Ammonite, heard of it , it grieved them exceedingly that there was come a man to seek the welfare of the children of Israel.
