10 I also found out that the portions of the Levites had not been given to them, so that the Levites and the singers, who did the work, had fled each to his field. (2Ch 31:4; Ne 12:28; Mal 3:8) 

New International Version

10 I also learned that the portions assigned to the Levites had not been given to them, and that all the Levites and musicians responsible for the service had gone back to their own fields. 

New International Reader’s Version

10 I also learned that the shares the Levites were supposed to receive hadn’t been given to them. So all the Levites and musicians had to leave their usual temple duties. They had to go back and farm their own fields. 

King James Version

10 And I perceived that the portions of the Levites had not been given them : for the Levites and the singers, that did the work, were fled every one to his field.
