English Standard Version

4 Then they will cry to the Lord, but he will not answer them; he will hide his face from them at that time, because they have made their deeds evil. (De 31:17; Pr 1:28; Isa 1:15) 

New International Version

4 Then they will cry out to the Lord, but he will not answer them. At that time he will hide his face from them because of the evil they have done. 

New International Reader’s Version

4 The time will come when Israel will cry out to the LORD. But he won’t answer them. In fact, he’ll turn his face away from them. They have done what is evil. 

King James Version

4 Then shall they cry unto the LORD, but he will not hear them: he will even hide his face from them at that time, as they have behaved themselves ill in their doings.
