13 Go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, and not sacrifice.’ For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.” (Ho 6:6; Mt 12:7; Mt 23:23; Mr 12:33; Lu 15:7; Joh 9:39; 1Ti 1:15) 

New International Version

13 But go and learn what this means: “I desire mercy, not sacrifice.” For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.’ (Ho 6:6)

13 Go and learn what this means, “I want mercy and not sacrifice.” I have not come to get those who think they are right with God to follow me. I have come to get sinners to follow me.’ (Ho 6:6)
