34 When the season for fruit drew near, he sent his servants[1] to the tenants to get his fruit. (Mt 21:33) 

New International Version

34 When the harvest time approached, he sent his servants to the tenants to collect his fruit. 

New International Reader’s Version

34 When harvest time approached, he sent his slaves to the tenants. He told the slaves to collect his share of the fruit. 

King James Version

34 And when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandmen, that they might receive the fruits of it.
