English Standard Version

15 and remained there until the death of Herod. This was to fulfill what the Lord had spoken by the prophet, “Out of Egypt I called my son.” (Ho 11:1; Mt 1:22) 

New International Version

15 where he stayed until the death of Herod. And so was fulfilled what the Lord had said through the prophet: ‘Out of Egypt I called my son.’ (Ho 11:1) 

New International Reader’s Version

15 They stayed there until King Herod died. So the words the Lord had spoken through the prophet came true. He had said, ‘I brought my son out of Egypt.’ (Ho 11:1) 

King James Version

15 And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son.
